The organisational problem
A team can be busy and still be unclear about how it communicates, how disagreement is handled, or what it is collectively responsible for. A standard away day rarely stays with the work that follows.
Who it is for
Leadership teams, service teams, and groups referred by HR or a director. The work is for that team, commissioned by the organisation.

Possible delivery formats
- A single facilitated session

These are the outcomes a programme can be designed towards. They are not guaranteed.
- A clearer account of how the team will work together after the session
- Specific agreements, rather than a general intention to communicate better
- A sponsor who knows what was discussed at the level agreed beforehand
Proposed delivery approach
Discovery identifies the working issue and who needs to be in the room. The session is then designed for that team. It is not a packaged event.
How outcomes can be evaluated
A review with the sponsor against the purpose agreed at the start, plus participant feedback. No claim is made that one session resets a team culture.

- No. Team development can include facilitated conversation about how people work together. It is not formal mediation, a grievance process, or an investigation.
