This website introduces two independently owned businesses. It does not claim a single data controller for every page.

Who receives an enquiry

A Systems enquiry is sent to cam@uyp.org.uk. The controller for that correspondence is UYP Systems Ltd, company number 17525285, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. UYP Systems Ltd does not control enquiries sent to UYP Coaching Ltd.

An Academy enquiry or a personal-coaching enquiry is sent to tara@uypcoaching.com. The controller for that correspondence is UYP Coaching Ltd, company number 14826126, registered office 5 Calluna Drive, Priorslee, Telford, England, TF2 9TS.

The publisher of the umbrella pages themselves has not been confirmed. Until it is, do not treat the umbrella brand as a data controller.

What is collected

Enquiry forms collect the fields you complete: name, email, organisation, job title, phone, the service you ask about, participant numbers, delivery preference, timescale, a procurement reference, and your message. A hidden field is used to catch automated submissions and is discarded. The site does not ask you to create an account.

The host may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address and the page requested, for security and operation. No analytics product is enabled on this site.

Why it is used

To reply to the enquiry you sent, and to keep a record of that conversation. The intended lawful bases are steps toward a contract and legitimate interests in responding to a business or coaching enquiry. Marketing opt-in is not collected, and an enquiry is not treated as consent to a mailing list.

Who else sees it

The email provider used to deliver the form (Resend, when configured) processes the message in order to send it. No other recipient is added. If email delivery is not configured, the message is not sent and is not stored by this application.

Retention

Correspondence is kept long enough to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable record of what was agreed. A fixed retention period has not been set and should be confirmed in legal review. This application does not keep its own database of enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact the business that received the enquiry: cam@uyp.org.uk for Systems, or tara@uypcoaching.com for Academy and Coaching.
